Return & Refund Policy

Due to the surprise nature of our mystery products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as returning or exchanging items would reveal the mystery contents to other customers.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
